At Exclusive Care, we want to help you make the most of your time and provide the tools to help lower your administrative costs. Using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is faster, provides more accurate claim payment, and is less expensive than submitting paper claims.
EDI is the electronic exchange of health care information between health care professionals and facilities, payers, and vendors. Exclusive Care encourages providers to submit claims electronically, whether you have a small or large practice. Electronic submission can help to improve cash flow. Office Ally is Exclusive Care’s preferred gateway for electronic data interchange transactions. Exclusive Care’s providers can use the Office Ally’s Online Tools as a no-cost solution for submitting claims electronically.
All contracted providers are required to complete and return Exclusive Care’s EDI Addendum to the Provider Relations Department prior to submitting claims electronically. Once the EDI Addendum has been received, please allow up to 15 days for processing. Contracted providers that are not currently enrolled with Office Ally can enroll on their website at: https://cms.officeally.com/Register/Register.aspx. A User Name and Password will be provided within 48 hours after submitting the enrollment request. If you are currently enrolled with Office Ally, you do not need to enroll again.
