Clearinghouse Information -
When submitting electronic claims through Office Ally use the Exclusive Care's payer id code: EC999.
In order to receive payment for services rendered, Contractor shall bill EPO within one (1) year from date of service for outpatient claims and sixty (60) days from the date of discharge for inpatient claims.
