Remembering important checkups and lab tests just got easier
If you have heart disease or diabetes, you owe it to yourself to get the checkups and lab tests that you need to stay healthy – and stay alive.
The free Email Reminder Service from Quest Diagnostics takes the hassle out of remembering when to schedule the examinations and tests you and your doctor have agreed you need. With one easy online registration, you can receive ongoing reminders for:
· Diabetes
· Heart Disease
· Women’s Health
· Men’s Health
You can select how often to be alerted and whether your email should be in English or Spanish. Custom reminders are also available for the test or topic that is most relevant to you.
Each email you receive will list upcoming tests and remind you to talk to your doctor. If your doctor says it is time for these tests, he or she can draw your blood for testing, or you can use a link in your reminder to schedule an appointment at a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center.
