Retail Pharmacy Program

As one of America’s largest and most trusted prescription drug benefit managers, Navitus has made a commitment to providing prescription drug services for members of the Exclusive Care Select Plan. Navitus has hundreds of locations throughout the County and United States including, but not limited to Rite Aid, Walgreens, CVS Drug Stores, and our own Rubidoux Pharmacy. Navitus will mail you a separate ID card and welcome packet for your drug benefit.

How to Use the Retail Pharmacy Prescription Drug Program:

Locate the nearest participating retail pharmacy nearest you, by clicking on Navitus. You may also bring your prescription to our very own pharmacy, Rubidoux Pharmacy or call our Member Services at (800) 962-1133, option 1.
Give the written prescription to the pharmacy technician at a participating retail pharmacy or let the pharmacy know that a prescription has been called in for you.
Show the pharmacy technician your drug benefit identification card
Pay the lesser of your co-payment or the retail cost of each prescription written for up to a 30-day supply

THE EXCLUSIVE CARE Drug Formulary is a list of prescription drugs which will be covered when prescribed by a participating physician or licensed dentist and filled at a participating retail pharmacy location. The formulary is extensive and covers all therapeutic classes of drugs.
