Since 1999, the Exclusive Care Select Plan has been designed to accommodate active lifestyles. The plan provides comprehensive coverage no matter where you need care– locally, regionally or nationally. The Exclusive Care Select Plan relies on Exclusive Care’s Select Network and the National Provider Network to provide members with thousands of doctors, hospitals and facilities to choose from. The plan covers physicals, hearing tests, vision exams and other tests to help you detect potential health issues before they turn into serious problems.
Exclusive Care Select Plan provides most services for a very low co-payment. Members of the Exclusive Care Select Plan receive an Identification Card that must be presented each time a Member receives services.
There is limited paperwork for you to complete, and the Plan minimizes your out of pocket expenses as long as you stay within the Plan guidelines!

Members can also enjoy the convenience of the Exclusive Care Rubidoux Pharmacy. The Rubidoux Pharmacy provides both retail and mail order prescription drug services for our members.
