Alicia Michelson, MPH, RDN, Wellness Educator

Alicia Michelson is a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in public health nutrition from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Alicia does one-on-one coaching (primarily for weight and diabetes management), nutrition and wellness education and workshops, and grocery store tours. She supports a primarily whole-foods, less-processed, balanced, and plant-focused eating pattern to support optimal health and wellness, as well as a sustainable, (w)holistic approach towards nutrition in general (none of that calorie counting nonsense…). She believes in fostering a healthy relationship with food as well as health at many different shapes and sizes. Her goal is to help simultaneously cultivate that relationship and to collaborate together to reach a sustainable, realistic, and empowering lifestyle. Alicia loves rock climbing (despite a fear of heights), yoga, reading, and playing piano.
